Baby sleep desorders
We will start with a conversation to make sure I know your family better and I fully understand your situation. During this process, I will identify the key point in order to launch an action plan with an observation chart. We will readapt our plan along the way as much as needed.

I will help you gain confidence as parents and being aware of your baby skills.

My goal is for you to stay calm and collected during the process.
Indeed, to get success, you have to be involved. I would be available to support you throughout this process which can take between 10 days and 1 month.
Lack of sleep
For newborn and baby under 3 months old, just helping them learn the difference between day and night is a good start. I will explain to you how you may setting-up a routine from the first weeks of life.

Note that I don’t offer sleep training before 4 months of age. Indeed during this time,your challenge is essentially to become a womb outside the womb and give your baby all your attention.
Waking at night
Night terrors are another issue which usually happens during the transition from one sleep stage to another. It requires a different approach.

I have many tips and tools available to me. I will share the most suitable for your situation, depending on the age of your child.
